I got a feeling that Sai's Brother is the Bone guy who fight with Lee and Gaara in Naruto . I mean it fits exactly with the description Sai gave. Like he had White hair and also died because of disease or illness. And most importantly I imagine him having this same eye and pale skin like Sai.

And now also I realise that Bone guy also killed Fourth Kazekage before leaf village destruction. Maybe he too is spy of Danzo to spying on Orochimaru but atlast died because of Kabuto's experiments and illness. Also in this ep Kabuto wanted to experiment on Sai.

And please maybe I'm wrong, it's just my assumption and I'm NOT GIVING SPOILERS. If it will turn out real it's just my intuition so don't bash me in replies. It's my first time watching Naruto Shippudden so I don't know what will show up in next episodes! 🙏
